Sikorsky
Aircraft Corporation contracted Agilis Group, Inc. to develop
and maintain their new safety incentive program web site. The
project was on a fast track and Agilis was able to host and
launch the web site as well as provide backend support quickly
and efficiently
Agilis Group, Inc., through discussions with
Sikorsky personnel, helped to select a web site design that was
both economical and user friendly. “It was clear to us early on
that we needed a simple but unique design to the look and feel
of the web site for Sikorsky” said Rick Anderson, President of
Agilis Group, Inc. Both companies worked in concert to
effectively communicate the requirements for this mission
critical project.
Once a final design was selected Agilis personnel
proceeded to populate the web site with safety related products
that met with Sikorsky standards for this new program. The new
web site incorporated the new Sikorsky logo and was implemented
with a straightforward design enabling plant personnel to select
their awards accurately and receive them in a timely manner.
Agilis also assisted in the creation, development and production
of the unique voucher design to be distributed to Sikorsky
personnel eligible for this new program.
Once the site was launched Agilis then took over
the backend support to manage all incoming orders as well as
order fulfillment. Every order is tracked and verified by
Agilis to ensure proper eligibility prior to order. “This is a
very fluid, ever changing project and one that suits us well.
We always look to provide our clients with what we call
corporate agility. Our infrastructure allows us to rapidly gain
an understanding of the project needs and deploy the finished
product.” said Anderson.
Since its inception the web site has been
enhanced with new product offerings and Agilis continues to add
new products providing Sikorsky personnel with new options for
rewards. In addition to order fulfillment Agilis provides
Sikorsky with metrics ensuring the program remains a viable
component in Sikorsky’s safety incentive efforts.
